This policy explains what personal data Wivvies collects through wivvies.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We only collect what you choose to send us through our two forms.

2. What we collect and why

We also store the date and time of each entry. Please do not include sensitive personal data, such as health information, in your project description.
3. Cookies, tracking and third parties
- The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking.
- Fonts, images, videos and brochures are served from our own website. Your browser does not contact Google, YouTube or other third parties when you visit.
- Like any web server, our hosting server may briefly log technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.
- If you click our WhatsApp link, you leave our site, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies.
4. Who sees your data
Only Wivvies. Form entries are stored on our web server and can be forwarded by email to michael@wivvies.com. Our hosting provider and email provider process the data on our behalf as data processors. We never sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
5. How long we keep it
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
- Project requests: as long as needed to answer and follow up on your request, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract with you or accounting rules require us to keep it longer.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- get a copy of the data we hold about you (access),
- have incorrect data corrected (rectification),
- have your data deleted (erasure),
- have the processing restricted, and object to it,
- receive your data in a common format (data portability),
- withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
To unsubscribe from the newsletter or use any of these rights, email michael@wivvies.com. We answer within one month.
7. Complaints
You can complain to the Bulgarian data protection authority, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg), or to the authority in the EU country where you live, for example Datatilsynet in Denmark (datatilsynet.dk). We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we add new features to the site. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
